Measure the hitch first.

My trailer coupler was too wide for the hoop lock. Make sure you measure the width of the area you are locking.

Best hitch lock ever! We use this while traveling to keep our cargo trailer safe. Not only does it lock up the Hitch but also the lever. 1 key 2 locks, it's a no brainer.

I feel it's more secure than the padlock I previously used.

It isn't as tight a fit into the hitch socket. But it isn't removable once it is locked on. Also the pad lock is a very good tight fit. However the pin lock makes it difficult to attach chains to mt Tacome. Hook the chains 1st then lock the pin.
