This is a nice multipack of various trailer locks...great if you don't have any already and need a variety. Everything seems to have a nice finish and feels as sturdy as other similar items I've used in the past. I haven't tested the theory, but my only concern with the coupler lock is that it seems like it wouldn't take too much to drill out the bottom rivet. Still, a nice set of locks for the price. Good value overall.
I primarily got this set for the trailer hitch tongue lock. I will be getting a trailer in the future so thinking ahead. My son is using the other locks for now. Then I will be able to use all of these locks. All of the locks are keyed alike so I will only have to carry one key. It was a better deal to get this set now. Rather than just buying the trailer hitch tongue lock now and the other locks latter. The locks are easy to put on, take off and fit perfectly. With the economy the way it is and theft on the rise, this set is a good investment! This would make a nice, thoughtful gift!
The coupler lock works nice. This style lock opens by putting in the key and unscrewing the two halves of the lock. The pin lock for the 2” receiver also works fine, just a little difficult to snap it together and lock at the same time. Took me a minute to get it on. This set comes with both size pin locks, 5/8” and 1/4”
I love that all three locks are keyed the same! The tongue lock went on tightly and correctly (this is a small ball). It should do just fine.The hitch lock comes with two sizes of bolt for the lock. Mine took the thicker, longer bolt just fine.Unfortunately, the item lost a review star from me for the hitch latch not being long enough to do the job.Notice the picture with my hand in it. My thumb and forefinger are where the lock needs to slip through (the lock is laying loose on the tongue for reference). It's only about half the length I need it to be. That's too bad, because that little lock is important. In a pinch, it's sufficient to protect the trailer from theft from the tow truck. I'll have to use a long neck padlock, I guess.
I have a small, aluminum kayak trailer and I like to keep it secured at launch sites because thieves might steal it just to get scrap metal value for the aluminum. The couple and hitch draw bar locks in this set will help keep my trailer more secure on the road, and the hitch ball lock will give my some extra security when my trailer is unhitched. I have couple of locks now, but having all three of these with the same will be a great convenience. And this kit comes with four keys. Even I can't misplace that many!The individual locks in this kit feel substantial and well made. The draw bar lock comes with tow different size pins, and the lock mechanism has solid feel. The small hitch receiver lock is compact which is a good thing as it doesn't give a crook much bulk to pry on. And the hitch ball lock also feels substantial, but the body is made of a cast material with some openings on the back so it might not survive an attack with a sledge hammer – but it's still a solid feeling lock.Overall, this is a great set with four of the same keys, and at $28.99 I think it's also a very good value for what you get.
This set is great for securing from theft and securing for towing. One part protects the trailer from theft. The pin parts give an extra line of protection from the tow hitch coming lose when towing. Great deal.
This kit is a great value. I had setup that was more expensive and it rusted out pretty bad. This one is at least painted, so that should reduce the rust here in New England where cars return to dust way too early. The common keys is also fantastic, and they give you 4 keys! I keep one set in my glove box, and I put on on each key ring that has my truck's keys on it. Installation was easy and didn't even need instruction. It all just works. This should keep folks from stealing my receiver or taking the whole trailer.
Excellent value for money. Locks are sturdy and appear well made. Function as designed and easy to use. Locks go on and off easily. If bought separately at Walmart, price would have over $60. Highly recommend!

This is a good kit. The only issue I ran into was that the locking mechanism for the pin can be a hassle to actually lock, every time it takes an extra pair of hands.

Like that all the keys are alike. Having multiple keys around makes the removal of these easy. As with any lock that will see outdoor or wet conditions, be smart and learn how to properly lube and protect your key holes! These are cheap locks and you cannot expect them to survive harsh weather without being protected. I love these and will be recommending this set to all utility trailer owners.

Having the full set keyed alike is so much better than my previous setup. (I also bought some padlocks that are keyed alike, so now I only need 2 keys for everything trailer-related).These locks are strong and easy to use.The universal ball lock provides a secure deterrent, but it's not a perfect fit like I would have preferred. By universal, they mean it's small enough to work on 1-7/8 and 2 couplers. If you're going to use it exclusively on a 2-5/8 coupler, I would recommend finding a lock specifically for that size. Not only is the ball smaller, but the width of the hoop isn't as wide as you need it to be. I install it facing backwards.
