Prefect fit much more secure the old lock. Much more better fit, a thief is going to have a harder time cutting it off!

This is a very solid lock, a little more then I expected, yet will work wonderful for my application on a very old gate.

Seems heavy duty. It came with a small section of the silver coating flaking off. Otherwise seems well made. We’ll see how it holds up.

Just what I was looking for.

Very happy with this product. Fits well, goes on easily, robust build quality, even comes with a flexible cover that fits over the lock cylinder to prevent contaminants from entering the lock cylinder. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Unfortunately, I could not use the lock as the throat was just a bit narrower than my trailer requires. Construction wise, it appears to be nicely built and is surprisingly heavy. If my trailer coupler was narrower, I would have kept this lock.

Fits well and locks very securely. The rubber cap wouldn't fit well the way it laid on my trailer and flew off. Sprayed the lock with silicone to keep it waterproof.

As trailer latch locks go, this one is an Excellent representative of the genre. The extra gap from the widened 'jaw' is appreciated, and helpful when dealing with couplers with large cross sectioned latches. The thing is solidly built and looks alone should discourage most would be miscreants from fooling with your trailer. The lock itself opens and closes smoothly. I really had only one concern, common to all 'keyed' locks of this type-i.e. what if you lose/misplace/forget the keys? Well, the locks have id numbers on them, so you can call RETRUE and get a replacement:)
One last comment. These locks' usefulness is NOT limited to trailer coupler latches:). IF you keep your eyes open, looking round your home/shop/business, you just might come across a few additional things you might consider better, locked:)

Heavy duty lock that should easily hold up for the life of the trailer!

Nice lock, heavy construction. I use it in conjuction with a ball lock when stationary and when towing to keep my trailer secure.

This coupler lock fits perfectly on my race trailer and feels very solid once installed. The wider span makes it easy to get a proper fit, and it locks up tight with no play. It installs quickly and gives good peace of mind when the trailer is parked. Well made security accessory and definitely worth having.
